Arrogant judge Stefan Mortensen suffers a near-fatal stroke that leaves him partially paralyzed and confined to a nursing home. Resisting the staff and alienated from his friendly roommate, Mortensen soon encounters seemingly gentle resident Dave Creeley, who secretly terrorizes the home with a sadistic game called “The Jenny Penn Rule.” He uses his crazy doll as an instrument of cruelty. What begins as childish torture quickly escalates into far more sinister and disturbing events. When Mortensen’s pleas to the staff go unanswered, he takes it upon himself to put an end to Creeley’s reign of terror.
