Following a traumatic incident during his residence, the young medical student James Hayman (Namir Smallwood) transfers to a rural hospital for a new beginning. Noting that James is struggling and has difficulty in relation to patients, Dr. Harrison (veteran on stage and Michael Potts screen actor) suggests that he takes a focused class and facilitating deeper relationships with patients. The demons of James ' It starts to catch with it when it becomes consumed by the case of a young patient with asthma (Sidney Flanigan, never sometimes always) with mysterious symptoms. His influenza on reality begins to slip as his disturbing nightmares, anxiety fueled speculations and physical injuries collide with the harsh realities of the drug world.
