Chronology

Daryl’s journey through a broken but resilient France as he hopes to find a way home. Its original purpose was a church, until the French Revolution when it was converted into a mausoleum that would commemorate France’s national heroes. Even though the series is set over a decade after the apocalypse, it seems that the sonic oil never ends.

The characters willingly drive cars and trucks in series even though the gasoline becomes compromised as it ages, usually within a year or so. Additionally, when gasoline decomposes, it becomes gummy and also compromises the engine components. Thus, running motor vehicles ten years and more after the zombie apocalypse is not possible.

Sequel, Prequel & Reboot It!

Redo It! (2023). The Walking Dead: Darryl Dixon absolutely lived up to all the hype.

I was not disappointed

Like most, Darryl was one of my favorite characters from the original series, so I was looking forward to this. This series follows the story of fan favorite Darryl Dixon as he travels across the ocean to France. There, he is tasked with protecting a young boy who is supposed to be the savior of humanity.

Between this and Dead City, The Walking Dead is back and as good as ever

It reminds me of the early seasons of the original series where you couldn’t wait for the next episode instead of just watching it because you put so much time into it and wanted to see what happens, but it almost felt like a chore. This series has refreshed a franchise that many thought was on its last legs and one that can be really exciting for a few years.
