When an 8-year-old girl disappears on Caddo Lake, a series of deaths and disappearances from the past begin to connect, changing the history of a broken family.. There is a scene where Anna’s mother says Marshall County later says Harrison County.

But it’s also difficult to get over the very slow setup

The first 1/4 of the movie, nothing happens and it feels pretty boring… and while things start happening at that point, it’s only halfway through the movie that it gets really interesting.

But when he does, it’s so worth it

I understand that the build up is essential and necessary for the rest of the film to work, but I still think it could have been paced better; and if they had pulled that off I’d probably give this movie an 8/10. And for a movie with no big name actors, they all do a great job.
